  • Joni Brueggeman

Joni is a former 9-1-1 emergency dispatcher with 16 years of experience in police, fire, and medical emergency services. Her work experience has taught her to remain calm under pressure. She enjoys teaching students techniques and strategies to improve their defensive driving skills and minimize potential motor vehicle accidents.

Joni thoroughly enjoys sports, kayaking, camping, hiking, and all things outdoors!

  • Paul Dannels

Paul has many, many hours with Freedom Drivers Ed as a driving coach. My previous profession was a manager of a public entity. He was also a professional firefighter and operator of very large fire engines. His experience in driving a large emergency vehicle has taught him about the safety and understanding of being a good defensive driver.

"A driver coach means being involved as a learner. I am always curious about the student and how I can help them to be a safe and knowledgeable driver. I find it to be fantastic to hear what the student have to say about their driving and what it means to be a great driver. When we teach our children sometimes we must be patient when they are learning something new, like driving. Because of the repetition of learning how to drive, I believe coaches should add a little humor with the student and be a great mentor to them. Talk to them, learn about them. You will find a world that you did not realize that exists."

  • Meagan Fong

With her fun, easy-going and low-stress attitude, Meagan fosters an environment that helps students retain driving instructions and allows them to thrive! Meagan loves working one-on-one with students learning to drive, helping them build confidence in their abilities, and procuring safe driving habits. She is certified in behind-the-wheel, mountain driving, city driving, and drive test instruction.

Born and raised in southern California, Meagan moved to Colorado in 2006 and attended Douglas County High School. She recently graduated from the University of Colorado Denver with a BS in Integrative Biology and is highly interested in sports rehabilitation including physical therapy, sports performance nutrition, and recovery tools. Meagan enjoys CrossFit, hiking 14ers, practicing yoga, attending concerts, spending time with her dogs, and traveling.

  • John Jordan

With more than 1000 hours of behind-the-wheel instruction under his belt, John is an entertaining instructor who simplifies the regulations for our students so they can easily understand and follow them.

Over the years, John has been the president of a consulting company (retired), soccer player (high school and college), SCUBA instructor, youth baseball coach (13 teams), father of two sons/one daughter, and a husband. Working with high schoolers has been very rewarding for John. He joined the Freedom Drivers Ed team to continue to provide the next generation of drivers with a quality education and ethics.

John recognizes the importance of finding ways to teach kids safe driving techniques that go beyond the state driving test requirements in order to make them successful drivers. And that's exactly the Freedom Drivers Ed philosophy.

  • Angie Neiswender

Angie is a classroom instructor at our Castle Rock driving school as well as a behind-the-wheel driving instructor. She feels it is a privilege to be a part of the education process for our young adults as they become careful and confident drivers.

She strongly believes in Freedom Drivers Ed's "Hear it - See it - Do it" philosophy. In the six hours of behind-the-wheel training, she reinforces safe driving techniques, teaches Colorado law, and provides students the opportunity to gain valuable experience. She believes by working together, we give teens the best opportunity possible to begin their driving career -- well educated and prepared. Angie looks forward to meeting you and partnering with you to provide excellent drivers education for your children.

Angie has lived and worked in Colorado since moving from the Pacific Northwest in 1999 and love the life we have made with our family and friends. She has been married to her husband Mike for 30 years. They have three married sons and nine grandchildren!

  • Rob Schlenker

Rob Schlenker enjoys teaching students how to drive and building their confidence to become safe, responsible drivers. He is also an elementary school teacher and a youth soccer, basketball, baseball, and flag football coach. He finds the most rewarding aspect of coaching and teaching is seeing students improve and reach their potential.

Rob enjoys traveling and running. He has completed five marathons!
